Reservation and card payment:
The charge and/or pre-authorization on your card will depend on the conditions of the selected fare.
On your card statement, the charge will appear under the name of the hotel and/or the payment processor associated with the transaction.
Transaction security and data protection:
The information entered during the booking process is transmitted in encrypted form and is used exclusively to manage the booking, process the payment/pre-authorization and fulfill billing obligations.
Card data is handled with security measures to prevent unauthorized access.
Data related to the booking guarantee will be kept, at most, until the arrival date or until the resolution of any management associated with the booking (for example, cancellation or no-show), as appropriate.
VAT refund:
Foreign tourists will be able to access the benefit of VAT exemption for accommodation services, provided that:
Payment is made with a credit/debit card issued abroad or through international currency transfer; and at the time of check-in, a foreign document (passport/ID), the corresponding immigration certificate, and the credit/debit card used for payment must be presented.
The benefit applies to the amount billed for accommodation (including breakfast). Other services/consumption must be billed separately and are not included in this offer. Similarly, cancellation/non-use fees are not covered by the benefit.
